Property Management in all 5 Locations. She was featured in the October 18. 2021 Edition of Top Agent Magazine and here is what she said that she loves most about this career: “When I meet with an owner for the first time and hear their story about how stressful it’s been for them trying to manage their property, it’s such a rewarding moment for me to see the look of relief on their face when I explain how we’re not only going to take away that stress, but also show them how to make more money with their investment, Less head- ache, more income—that’s what we aim to provide for our owners.”
Kim’s commitment to her community extends beyond her normal duties as property manager though. She’s always looking for little ways to help people, such as searching out charities that offer tenants rental assistance, or donating and encouraging others to donate to the Sharing Boxes around the River Valley. As an all-boy mom to her two sons she shares in their love of sports and traveling. She and her husband have also supported local sports from pee-wee ball to college athletics. If you are looking for someone to take care of your investment property(ies) Kim has the experience and expertise to help you.
